Additional Information About Integrative Energy Therapy:

Developed at the Center of Being, by Stevan J. Thayer in 1987, the IET Mission is to “Heal the world one-heart-at-a-time”. IET uses a high frequency violet angelic energy ray to clear and reset your 12-Strand Spiritual DNA also known as the cellular level. 

There are energy blockages that other beautiful modalities alone cannot clear, including Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Acupressure, Therapeutic Touch, and Reiki to name a few. The reason for this is because these modalities work to release toxic energy that comes against us, from the outside in, beginning at the spiritual level, all the way through to the physical body. IET takes it a step further. It works from the inside out, beginning with the cellular level, stored deep within our body’s Spiritual DNA, and then outward through the spiritual layer.

Many times, life experiences, or past life experiences, manifest too deeply in the physical body to be released with outward to inward energetic modalities. This is a tell-tale sign that these physical issues are stored on a cellular level.

Each level of IET builds progressively with the others to ultimately bring all six pairs of DNA into their full power. Each level takes the levels before a step deeper.

Basic Level IET (Level 1) works at the 1st (physical) and 2nd (emotional) pairs of the 12-Strand DNA, allowing clearing of these energy blockages from the cellular memory, and leaves in their place positive physical and emotional energy imprints.

Intermediate Level IET (Level 2) includes the Basic Level, then additionally works at the 3rd (mental) and 5th(karmic) pair of the 12 Strand DNA to clear physical, emotional, mental, and karmic (spiritual) energy imprints from the cellular memory and leave in their place their positive energy blueprints.

Advanced Level IET (Level 3), builds on Levels 1 and 2, then additionally works at the 4th pair (genetic and soul profile) and the 5th pair (soul cluster) of the 12-Strand DNA to discover your soul mission (heart’s desires), clear your natural resistance to living your soul’s mission, and attract members of you soul’s cluster to help you live your soul’s mission and bringing dreams to fruition. These are known as the four E’s:

1. Energetic potential of your soul’s mission

2. Envisioning your soul’s mission

3. Embracing your soul’s mission

4. Enacting your soul’s mission

It is important to note that Level 1 is more appropriate for those who have not had prior experience with energy healing. Those who have received many energy therapy sessions (such as Reiki), have released suppressed feelings, or are not experiencing a traumatic situation in life, the Basic Level (Level 1) release techniques will not detect much to be cleared. 

For clients who have received multiple energy therapy sessions, have a traumatic past, or are currently experiencing a traumatic life situation, the Intermediate Level (Level 2) will detect and clear incredible levels of energy from the cellular memory and the human energy field.

The Advanced Level (Level 3) encompasses Levels 1 and 2, will work on the “Four E’s). This level may only be scheduled expressly at the practitioner’s discretion, after the Intermediate Level has been successfully established.

IET is not a replacement for other modalities. It is an enhancer. It is a wonderful complement to other holistic techniques such as Reiki, Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractic and Therapeutic Touch. While IET is a perfect stand-alone energy therapy system, it is ideal to integrate IET with the techniques of other holistic modalities. Take Reiki, for example. Reiki is used to prepare for surgery, IET is used as the surgery, and Reiki is again used to maintain the IET healing.

To prepare for an IET session:

Set an intention of what you would like to accomplish during the session, but be open, and hold space, for whatever comes up during the session. Should you not have anything specific in mind, ask for anything to be removed that does not serve you.

Take a few deep breaths and be thankful for all the blessings in your life.

Allow the process to happen with an open heart.

During an IET session:

You may feel a great release. Emotions and life situations will be brought to the surface. Understand that you are in a safe space, and allow yourself to let your emotions go, do not hold them back.

You may also feel a sense of gentle pulling. This is not painful. It is a gentle and a freeing release. You may also go into a deep relaxation or sleep. This is completely normal. Your body knows what to do and a state of total relaxation helps to clear blockages more easily. 

Some may not feel much initially, but rest assured the energetic release will continue to work for days.

After an IET session:

The effects of the session will continue to integrate for several days following the treatment.

You may feel energized, light, and focused. You may also feel tired or unsettled during the space of transition. This is normal.

Drink a lot of water. We have moved a lot of energy, and the residual must be released.

Be sure to rest and give yourself time to reflect on what you have experienced and what comes to mind. This is a suitable time to journal if that is something you do.

Listen to your heart, your mind, and your body.

Feel gratitude for the release you have had, and the guidance you have received.

Be patient with yourself and enjoy the process.
